There are thousands of agents here in Massachusetts, and it should probably go with out saying, but let’s be sure to treat each other with kindness and professionalism. Even if the negotiations are tough, or the communications efforts get bogged down, lets’ keep the focus on the prize, which is helping our clients the best possible way, and treating each other with respect throughout the entire transaction.
My pet peeve: Don’t recruit during the transaction, saying “my company this” or “my company that.” Respect the decision of your co-broke and realize their affiliation with a certain broker doesn’t predict their knowledge of Real Estate.
Remember, this a small world and the business we are in is close knit. Chances are, you will run into each other again!
