Weekly Agent Coaching Program
During the coaching sessions we will review and create:
- A custom goal tracker based on your existing business and where you want to go, and more importantly, what works for you.
- Review of current tools/software and/or addition of new tools/software
- Implement and set up of new tools/software and incorporate in your business
- Review of monthly marketing budget
- Social network audit, where do you have a presence, where do you need a presence
- Review of goals from previous week
- Goal setting for upcoming week
- Review of marketing efforts from previous week
- Review of your direct mail sent to whom and what that marketing/letter looks like
- Communication efforts with new and old leads, what was said and how it went and follow up plan
- Leads from the previous week and your sales pipeline
- Lead management review of self-generation business
- Review of company and 3rd party lead sources
- Creation of social media posts/ads for the week on each social platform
- Discuss any needs of a current/particular client
- Review of your lead generation ideas from the previous week including ad review
- Marketing of your current listings and open houses
- Discuss any needs of a particular client
- Setting a game plan for the next week
- Current market conditions discussion and any updates in the business, (example rates and inventory)
This program is designed to take you to the next level by focusing on 7-day blocks. Setting short term achievable goals and holding yourself accountable is what it takes.
I have very limited space for this high level/high accountability program.
The cost is $499 for 4 coaching sessions
Coaching session is done via zoom for one-hour sessions
You will only be allowed 1 reschedule
Be prepared to discuss ALL aspects of your business
Be willing to use “out of the box” ideas
