If you are not using Facebook and Twitter to GROW your business, and you keep pushing your real estate message on the same 100 or so friends that you have, then you are most likely not getting your message across effectively because the same people/friends are sick of hearing the same information over and over.Working facebook, and twitter are in no way a substitute for the good ole fashion phone. Don’t allow yourself to get wrapped up in the false that positive that facebook and twitter can sometimes be.
The term SOCIAL, means to move around and interact with others, including strangers. Find a common connection via another fan page, via a special group, old classmates and don’t be afraid to reach out and grow you friend list. The more friends you have the greater your messages travels, the less frequently your message shows up on the news feeds of your friends, and the “fresher” your message will be.

I hear these questions everyday and frankly they a pet peeve of mine. How about something simple, like “Spent the afternoon with a great buyer today” “Just listed another house in X town”. Sharing your experiences with your friends and fans should create writers block, so go ahead and post the good news!!!
